On the ground floor there is a cozy Swiss pine room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a food center and wine cooler, a dining room, heating, radio / stereo system, TV, WLAN / ADSL, hair dryer, jacuzzi, final cleaning, laundry, washing machine / tumbler, complete kitchen equipment, sledges, tourist tax, a garage space in the garage and a car parking space at the house, so that at the end of the stay you can only pay the telephone and fax fees. Public transport
Ski slope accessible by skis
The nearest ski slope is only about 300 meters away and can be reached on skis. As the last house on the popular walking and hiking trail, there is no through traffic for cars other than the entrance to the house. The center of Arosa can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.
Reliability and costs
CHF 1080 per day (winter)
Start of rental: from 4 p.m., end of rental: approx. 10 a.m. A housekeeper can also come during the stay if desired, but is to be paid separately according to expenditure. Fax and telephone are billed separately.
