Sunny, quiet but centrally located, cosy flat with a fantastic view over the whole Arosa. Village centre within 5 minutes walking distance, ski slope with skis within five to ten minutes, own parking place. The flat is completely furnished. On the ground floor there is: an anteroom with wardrobe; a small living room with the Swedish stove TV / DVD / stereo; an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped.

On the ground floor there is also a bathroom (bath, hair dryer, washing machine/dryer, towel warmer). In the basement there is a bedroom for two persons.

The check-in takes place at 4:30 pm on the arrival day. The check-out time is at 10:00 am on the departure day. The flat Pinus II is suitable for a maximum 2 people, plus babies.
