Old chalet from the 18th century with a fitted kitchen with steamer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine for coffee beans and the best mountain spring water. It is heated ecologically with solar panels, wood gasification stove and if necessary also electrically. The living/dining room is furnished with a dining table for a maximum of 8 people, has a Bode sound system, a TV, a lounge with a coffee table and a water-bearing wood-burning stove. A reduit has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an additional freezer. You can also look forward to the patio with seating area, pizza oven, grill, approx. 75m2 garden area and a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains!

Das Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten. Bei Bedarf kann 1 Notbett aufgestellt werden. Des weiteren ist ein Badezimmer mit Whirlpool, einem Lavabo, einer Toilette vorhanden. Als besondere Ausstattung steht Ihnen ein Saunahaus mit Ruheecke und Aussenkaltwasserpool zu Ihrer Verfügung.

The chalet is ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. It must be available again for final cleaning by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Price on request. The Walser Chalet is suitable for a maximum of 4 people plus an extra bed on request. The price includes: guest taxes, bed linen, bath towels and bathrobes, crockery, pans, pots, glasses and cleaning utensils. The chalet is at the Palätscherstrasse 3, 7057 Langwies.
