The nearest ski slope is only about 300 meters away and can be reached on skis. As the last house on the popular walking and hiking trail, there is no through traffic for cars other than the entrance to the house. The center of Arosa can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.
Reliability and costs
CHF 520.00 per day
Start of rental: from 4 p.m., end of rental: approx. 10 a.m. A housekeeper can also come during the stay if desired, but is to be paid separately according to expenditure. Fax and telephone are billed separately.
